Markup Set Manager

I have a multiple sheet dwf and when importing the markups via markup set manager it is only linking the markups for the first sheet only.  All others sheets will not load into autocad.  Under the Details it shows as follows

Sheet Status:  File is missing

Parant DWG:  Location is correct

DWG Location:  Not Available

No sheets were added to this dwf and the dwg has not changed since the creation of the dwf?  This has been happening quite often and I can't figure out what is causing this?  Any help with this matter would be extremely appreciated.

I am sorry that I do not reproduce this issue.

1. Could you please attach your DWG file for investigation?

2. What plotter did you use to create DWF file?

3. Is there any other settings for this plotter? Could you please capture a picture of this plotter settings?

Do you have an email address I can send it to?  The file is in the process of becoming a legal document but is not quite 100% completed yet and would prefer not to post it.
