Greetings. I've got a problem when publishing to DWF from 3ds max.
When jpgs and/or gifs I've downloaded from the web are applied as bitmaps onto my models (capped extruded rectangles), Max just crashes. The scene exports to dwf with no problem when no maps are applied, and works fine when a single bitmap image (.jpg or .gif) is mapped onto all extruded rectangles. It's possible the image files (which were grabbed on a Mac) are the cause of the problem? Any insights into what could be causing this weird behavior would be appreciated. There are about 600 rectangles in the scene, and about 200 or so image maps that are applied. Ultimately,
each rectangle should have a unique bitmap image mapped on.

Did you ever find a fix for this - five years later and the problem still exists!!
