DWF cropping problems

We run AutoCAD 2013, and just downloaded Design Review to go with it.  I want to publish batch DWFs, but the right hand sides of the sheets get cropped.  This is apparently due to the print setup we use, where X and Y are offset to allow for punching when printing.  How can we resolve this problem without choosing plot scale “fit to paper”, which will not allow the punching margins we need?

You comtrol plotting DWF files in AutoCAD so as long as you work with each driver's margin limits you can do what you want.

As you know, no two devices or drivers have the same margin widths. So test, then test again, to find a fix in AutoCAD.

I am printing to the same printer with both dwgs and dwfs. Prints of dwgs are fine and do not cut off the right hand margin. Dwfs do cut off the right hand margin with the same print setup. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
