DWF Printing Error

I am having trouble printing a multi-sheet DWF file. I can print each sheet individually, but when I try to print more than one page at a time, nothing prints. There is nothing in the printer's que, and when I try to print it again, the Print option is grayed out...I cannot access it. I have to close Design Review and reopen it to be able to print again. I downloaded the DWF batch plot utility, but that did not work either. I got the following error message:

A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Line: 1537
Error: Permission denied

I tried to debug, but a window opened up with a bunch of text/code. It asked if I wanted to continue or break or cancel. I have no idea what all of that means. I continued but nothing happened. I then cancelled the process.

The plot log from the batch utility said this:

Batch Printing initiated with Configuration file: "J:\JML Plotters\DWF Batch Plot - 24x36.bpj". Start Time: Wed Jan 02 14:27:22 2008

Opening DWF file : "G:\THORNTREK\Reference\Dwgs from Consultants\BallewDesigns\1-1-08\TREK DD-2.dwf". Start Time: Wed Jan 02 14:27:22 2008

Error Encountered
There was a problem displaying the file : 1 : 27
DWF file: "G:\THORNTREK\Reference\Dwgs from Consultants\BallewDesigns\1-1-08\TREK DD-2.dwf" Opened successfully. End Time: Wed Jan 02 14:27:25 2008

Status:DWF Open Successful

It says here that it had trouble displaying the file, but then says that the file opened successfully. That seems contradictory to me. What's even more contradictory about that is I am able to print each sheet separately. If it can read/display them separately, then why can't it read/display them in a mutli-sheet file? I am at a loss with this and do not know what else to try or look for. Can someone please give me some suggestions? Anything would be helpful, and I would be very grateful.

Thanks,
Jodi

Could you share the file with us for further testing? Also, please specify
the printer and driver settings used.

Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for getting back with me on this. I have attached the dwf file that was giving me the problem. The plotter we are using is HP DesignJet 1050c Plus, and the driver is HP DesignJet Printer Driver v4.68.

I look forward to what you are able to find out. Please keep me posted!

Thanks,
Jodi

We had no issues printing this to the 1050c - not with single sheets, the
lot, nor multiple copies.

Said that, we are using the 4.66 driver for the 1050c and not the 4.68, as
indicated by you. Do you have the option to check another driver?
