I have been linking DWFs into a Powerpoint presentation (using the Express Viewer), which works great except for the default image that loads is illegible - you have to zoom in to read the text on the file (in this case a large site plan).
Is there any way to make the DWF clear when you are zoomed out, so I could have a legible version of the file with the whole image on screen (rather than just when zoomed in)?
Thanks.

Move away from DWF for your specific need: WMF works just fine.

In order to get a WMF from the DWF you can use the "Copy" command in the
Autodesk Express Viewer and "Paste" into your PowerPoint. This will paste a
WMF (or an image) rather than putting a DWF in the PPT.
