Batch Plotting DWF's (?)

Is this possible? It's there a trick or a 3rd party application than can do
it?

Are you talking about batch plotting a bunch of drawings to DWF, or batch
printing a bunch of paper copies of existing DWFs?

We use AutoM8 from www.m8tools.com to batch create DWF files from drawings.
It's far superior to Autodesk's Batch Plot.

Batch plotting is built-in in Revit. You can batch plot to any Windows
printer. Since the DWF Writer installs as a Windows printer, you can batch
plot to it as well.

Additionally, the DWF's in Revit will print multiple sheets to one DWF file,
and include hyperlinks from sheet to sheet, and from callouts to the
appropriate sections and details. You could conceivably DWF an entire set
of CD's into one DWF file, and the entire set would be hyperlinked to aid in
navigation.

Sorry for not clarifying.... I want to Plot a bunch of individual DWF's to
hard copy.
We are starting to have consultants send us DWF's for review, but many times
people still want the hard copy. Currently they have to print them on by
one - unless we get them in DWF6 format, which many are not up to speed with
yet. Is there a more efficient way to print a handful of DWF's?

As Dean has pointed out if you have 2004 the "publish" command is built
right into AutoCAD. If you are using 2002 go to the following URL and
download the "DWF Creator for AutoCAD 2002". This ARX application will
enable you to batch publish to the new DWF 6.0 format. This is the same
"publish" command that is part of 2004:

www.autodesk.com/expressviewer

There is a 120 day limit (I belive that is the right limit); however, you
can just reinstall it again when the timelimit is reached.

Cheers,
Tony

Hi Rob,

Sorry I didn't see your post before. Check out our RePlot product at:
http://cadfx.com/replot/?news

It batch prints individual DWF files. It also handles .plt, .tif, and .pdf
files. It comes with a viewer and allows you to rescale these files to any
Windows system printer.

Best regards,
