Adding Hyperlink to an object in the existing DWF

Hi all, Happy new year !!!

I like to know the possibility of adding Hyperlink to object in the existing DWF file. then save as new DWF.

Would it be possible?

Thank you for your question.

Autodesk Design Review does not support adding hyperlink to the existing DWF/x file.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I'm sorry to hear that AutoDesk doesn't support this.  Adding hyperlinks before the DWF is created is much too early in the markup process.  Links to RFI's, equipment data sheets, and other communications are generated later as the construction groups become involved and they don't have access to the original design drawings to add these kinds of links.

This will push us to abandon DWFs and go with PDFs for our construction review and data management.

Please let us know when AutoDesk catches up.

Although I can create hyperlinks to Views,

We would have many uses for being able to somehow(work arounds accepted) select a room tag or alternate item within a room layout plan and be "hyperlinked to an appropriate SHEET LAYOUT (eg room data sheets, Specification sheets etc.)

This would be beneficial in both Revit and DWF

Anyone know of anyway to get this right.
