Wishes for Viewer/publish

Would be nice to have;

In the Express viewer.
File>Send>By Mail
File>Send>Link By Mail

Reason: Publish a set of dwgs in ADT, View Dwf to check its ok... Then want
to send it without resorting to explorer

In Publish;

When Creating Dwfs or saving drawing lists have an option to default the
saving of them to:
- the current drawing folder (like dwfs are now)
- or Previous browsed folder (as drawing set lists are now)
Could be a radio button toggle for each option?
