Text displaying as lines in DWF

Looks like the new format has trouble with some types of text (especially in
the titleblock XRef of the sample drawing).

I have posted to customer files (same thread) a zip with two sample dwf
files, and the associated files used to create them. Any ideas as to what is
going on?

It appears to be related to text that is Fit justified.

Also, what determines the page margins? They do not match the page margins
of our plotters (nor did I expect them too, but I do not see any place to
specify margins either).

More info. This problem does not occur in the older dwf format.

Well, the older format was generated by someone out-of-house. That might not
be the culprit.

The titleblock is an XRef (attached, not overlaid). With our normal printer
margins, the titleblock falls within the margins. Under a dwf, it does *not*
(again, where is that determined?). If Fit justified text falls *outside*
the "new" margin, it "smears" to the left, generating the bad DWF files I
posted in cf.

Yet more info. (Are you tired of me yet?)

Using the Publish command (with TuTu's DWF6 util) vs. the Plot command's DWF
makes a difference too. Publish's file is ok (no clipping or text smearing),
while the Plot's file is still bad.
