Sample viewer app (c++ or c#)

Hi everyone,
I'm looking around for a sample app or sample code to imbed the DWF viewer into my c# application. I've got the toolkit and noticed it's in c++ so I'm also happy for a c++ sample if c# is not available.

I've looked around but have only found a html/javascript sample...

Does anyone have any links or some code to get started?

Autodesk Design Review (ADR) has an API that works in C#. The ADR help has
step-by-step instructions to help get you started.
