have a similar problem to the one described by Matt Kolberg. I have success
using Express Viewer in Power Point on my home computer, but it crashes the
office computer. I receive an error message, "express viewer - Error
001-2147024809" This is the only information given by the pop-up message.
Express viewer works on the office computer, but always generates this error
message in power point. The office computer is networked, has XP professional.
The home computer has XP home. Both computers and work programs are new. I
removed Express Viewer and downloaded it again thinking the download might be
corrupt, no change. Does anyone recognize the error message? Is this post
"upcoming release" mentioned by Jeffrey Klug?
