DWG viewer

I will like to know if there is a viewer file DWG of Autodesk which exists and which would be free. Moreover it would be very pleasant if this last draws to raise of measurements and to be able to print a specific area and given scale. A last thing, if the DWG were saved with the viewports closed, that it is possible to open them. If you know a viewer other than one of Autodesk, made me leaves there. Thank you! PS. It afflict that Autodesk do not make it possible to us to offer to the other members personels, who do not need AutoCAD, but that it would have need to be able, to see some details and raised of measurements
