Create DWF using Java and j2ee

We are trying to create a J2EE application that will publish files in a DWF format. Is there any issue or any documentation on how to use the SDK in a J2EE environment?

Tailor Made Software created a java viewer for DWF files. They did not use
the toolkit. The coded it on their own from the specification. The DWF
Toolkit does handle some legacy issues, so I know they are considering using
the toolkit instead of their own code. They probably wouldn't be considering
it, if there were serious technical issues preventing it.
