AEV 4 - Off Layer Prints

A customer discovered a layer in one of our DWF files that printed, even
though it was turned off. I turned off all layers in the dwf and printed it
& that layer still prints. After that I have tried a number of different DWF
files, some created in AutoCAD 2002 & some in AutoCAD 2004, with similar
results. I print with all layers turned off & 1 layer still prints. That
layer prints, no matter what the staus is of the other layers. The layer
that prints varies from dwf to dwf.

I have posted two small dwf files that are problems in
autodesk.autocad.customer-files, if you would like to take a look. Any help
would be appreciated.
