I believe this issue has been reported to Constructware.

You may want to try uploading documents using Java instead of Active X. When we upload documents to Constructware our PC will use either an Active X component or a Java Component. Constructware allows the flexibility to use either component. Please try the following:

File Director
Add File Button
The first window you receive will allow you to browse to local files on your PC, close this window
The second window you receive is the Constructware Add File Window (same window as in screenshot )
Locate the field called Levels of Reference
Level of Reference of 0 = Active x
Level of Reference of 1 through All = Java
Change the level of reference from 0 to 1
Click Add File again
Try reuploading the file
