We're looking at ways to send bid documents and addenda to potential bidders, and would like to track this in Constructware. Any tips on how any of you may do this? We were throwing around giving them temporary accounts to get the information but there could be a lot of maintenance that may become involved with Contractors bidding multiple projects and expiring at project deadlines (unless there is a way to "expire" a project team member per project bid deadline - suggestion maybe?). I know you can send the docs out and through Constructware message and fax but the "read" tracking is what we would find as big benefit. Any suggestions, tips would really be appreciated!
