Welcome to Configurator 360!

We are excited to announce the launch of a 90-day special offer of the Configurator 360 cloud service.  Our goal is to make it absurdly easy to deploy a web and mobile enabled product configurator to build custom models for quote or download.

Use this forum to ask questions, submit issues or provide feedback.

Link to the service:

https://configurator360.autodesk.com

Also, a couple of Inventor models are attached so you can quickly experience the service.

Dead links plague the site...
https://configurator360.autodesk.com/Help/c360help.html

So how does one use it if one cannot open the help files??

Are you going to recent my trial period after you fix the mess? Or am I doomed to sit on my hands and what the clock tick away?

Dean, thanks for checking out the site. We did have a few dead links this morning but have been repaired since then. Please try again. If you find any other dead links, please report them here. Thanks.

We're sorry about the lack of 'help' at this time.  We are working hard to get it to a point where we can post it.  In the meantime, try using the "Getting Started" document, and see how far you can get.

If you need more time at the end of your trial period, please email us at configurator360.support@autodesk.com, and we'll be happy to work with you.

Hello,

Thank you for trying Configurator 360.
What's your browser version? IE9, IE10?
What do you get if you go to: http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/default.aspx?
You need Silverlight 5 (5.1.20513.0).

Thanks,

-Huan
