Match basic head to human body

Hello,

I have just started mudbox, and I am so pleased with it ! I have an issue though, which I did not manage to solve by looking it up on google. 

Attached is my first sculpt, an orc head. Now I am willing to match it to a human body, but I do not know how to do it. I tried adding a new "Human body" mesh and match it with the orc head, but i don't manage to do it properly. I find it really really hard and messy to do this way. 

Is there an easy way to do it, or should I start over on a human body right from the beginning ?
