Forums have been invaded by spam this morning. Can a moderator take care about that? Thanks.

I've noticed that too, don't forget to use the "report inappropriate content" function to alert them of the spam.
That way they'll notice faster where it is.

It happens every day/morning to some extent, but it seems the spammers wanted to have an especially big presence this morning for the redesign introduction.

In the past, I've been reporting it and moving on, but it's really on the ridiculous side at this point.

None of the other forums I participate in have this mass spam problem, and they are not run by billion dollar companies. Maybe the spammers are targeting the Autodesk forums because they know they can get in more easily, IDK.

If a new user comes here for assistance and sees this garbage, what is their impression of their recent expensive purchase going to be?

The excuse of "the moderators have to sleep" (or whatever it is this week) is not legitimate. If forums run by very small budget individuals can handle it, then so can you Autodesk.

And the sad part is that I thought (or at least HOPED) this "relaunch" was going to include things to improve the spam prevention.  But it looks like they just revamped the appearance of the site.  While I do like the new look, the old site LOOKED ok and fixing the spam issue was MUCH more important.

I think they really dropped the ball here.

Yes, clearly the goal here was to make the forums "look different" not to fix existing problems, make it more functional,  or more user friendly....

Mission Accomplished!

My sincere apologies for the spam problem everyone, and we're actively working on identifying the issue with the existing filters. For the mean time, and as mentioned by Niels, if you could utilize the "report inappropriate content" feature it would be greatly appreciated on our end.

Although the forums have been revamped & we know the spam is still an issue, could not the suggestion that a rpeort inappropriate link be assigned to the top levels (as suggested before & others agreed with this idea).

I do not want to have to open the thread to report it when its clear from the heading that it is.

Somewhat embarrassing when a colleague or even your Boss comes to talk to  you and asks "what are you looking at!"
