Support in the forums comes primarily from peers, other members of your industry, and occasionally technical members of Autodesk's staff, so this wouldn't be the place for chat based help. Everything we do on the forums is about building up a huge searchable one-to-many resource. Chat is very one-to-one and not ideal as a resource.
If you do require one-on-one assistance, we do have Autodesk paid support which is available through Autodesk Subscription (ongoing paid support) or Autodesk Per-Incident Support. Both are great options for specific issues that you have been unable to resolve through research or posting your question on the forum.
