"Pleae note that the date of this presentation is now on Aug the 27th

Overview

Visual Lisp* is the latest major programming upgrade made by AutoDesk. This
feature represents the next

generation of the Auto LISPĀ® legacy provided for AutoCAD.

The makers of Visual Lisp have added new functions to the core Auto Lisp
functions, including the implementation of so-called "reactor" functions,
which allow programmers to create intelligent commands - intuitive functions
that can react by themselves, requiring no user interaction. This long
sought-after feature has been anticipated for some time.

Until now, the use of reactors has been limited to the most seasoned AutoCAD
programmers or customization aficionados, due to the limited documentation
available. In this presentation you will be provided with some real world
examples of complete code to help you understand how to implement reactors
and allow you to start working with them to incorporate additional
functionality into your AutoCAD environment.
