We currently have openings for the following positions:
JOB CAPTAIN / SENIOR DRAFTSMEN
Min. 5 years exp. in design development and construction documents. Knowledge of construction materials, standards, and codes to assist Project Managers in planning, developing, and coordinating the progress of projects with consultants, interfacing with Clients, as well as assisting in the resolution of coordination issues during construction. Degree in Architecture/ Drafting or computer-related post high school training preferred. Must be able to multi-task and posses strong organizational skills. ACAD and Architectural Desktop required.
SENIOR DESIGNER
8-10 years of conceptual design presentation with a working knowledge of IBC, and local zoning codes. Must have strong architectural, planning, artistic, presentation and analytical skills. The ability to follow oral and written directions, function effectively under pressure, and adhere to strict deadlines with an emphasis on detail. Familiarity with LEED initiatives and sustainable design approaches to building construction a plus.
