tool palettes

Ok so i'm starting to understand all the little quirks about tool palettes
and projects being open/closed and such (thanks Paul for the suggestion it
worked great). Now let say i have closed all my projects, and draged in 3
different tool palette catagories. Right clicking on the "spine" of the
tool palette give me 4 options (don't forget "all palettes"). I want to be
able to take that setup and alow everyone else to have the same thing. Is
this just a matter of dispersing a CUI file or is it my profile that is
saving what tool palettes i have placed on my screen? I basicaly want to
get this all looking correct in '07 soon and then be able to save whatever
configuration files (cui, profiles) i'm going to need to work into my admin
image. I would like it if the cui held the tool palette information then i
could have a enterprise cui with just the tool palettes i wanted everyone to
always have. Hopefully you all understand what i'm trying to do and can
give me some suggestions/help.

TPs are saved separately and are independent of the CUI file. You'll
have to save and reload TPs and CUI files and other customizations for
other users.
