spot to download arabic shx fonts?

I have some drawings with
xarb.shx
x-arab1a.shx
y-arab1a.shx
and some others.

Anyone know a spot I can get these from? I thought it would be easy to find them but no luck after looking all over.

you might have better luck searching for an Arabic unicode TTF then substitute all the SHX for the TTF.
this is what we do for Chinese text as there are so many ad hoc shx files currently been used

I found some SHP files in my font folder: y-arab1a.shp for instance. Let me know if SHP files would help you too.

If it were some unknown name, ok. Its me though, the guy that complains etransmit needs to be rewritten.
Guess the author of the drawings felt the same way and did not use it 🙂
I thought you were joking so I joked back, no offense.

This is the first time I ever wanted fonts with the drawings, of course I get them every other time than this.
I cannot contact the authors, its a foriegn job and have been told its not worth it in this case.
