I'm using an IBM Thinkpad for everything. It works great!

My dream computer, and I finally got it last year. 333mhz runs AutoCAD
acceptable. Is a little slow if I had to do production on it. Things are
much faster these days though so you can probably get a faster one.

I've dragged it across five states since I got it and haven't had a problem
yet, so I think you can't go wrong with the ThinkPad.

Have fun,

Dave
