Does anybody have suggestions or recommendations on some good laptops. It
will be used for AutoCAD 2000 with Architectural desktop, power point, word,
excel. Even though it will have cad on it, it will not be used for the
production of drawings.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Tom,
We use a Dell 7500 with a 650, 256Meg Ram to run A2000 and Mechanical Desktop
4.0 Power Pack. Thing runs great...
We paid somewhere in the 3200 range.

Hope this helps.
