Does anybody have a listing or know of a web site that can give a general
scope of mechanical drafting job titles and general descriptions. Currently
our company has nothing in place and it seems nobody gets promoted in our
department. We hire new people with less experience but receive the same job
title. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

You have to do some search, but there is a lot of information there.
