AutoCAD LT is already pretty cheap relative to other CAD packages.
How much cheaper can zwcad be anyway, and how many seats would you buy.
If your firm has say 20 seats of LT, and would save 200 bucks a seat if they
switched....is $4000 a good enough reason to switch? And if it sounds
good, then you need to look at how you share files with architects and
engineers outside your firm.
If your firm is itchy nd wants to spend a few thousand bucks, why not use
the money to upgrade 06 to 08LT? I don't know all the improvments, but
from what I have read about AutoCAD 2008, you could see some significant
changes that help in your firms productivity and efficiency which will help
pay for the upgrade in the first half of the year.

I am a detailer for a steel fabricating company. A fellow coworker has
approached me with a program called zwcad2006. We currently use Autocad
06LT. He is wanting us to start using this program instead of Autocad
because he said its cheaper. I'm not sure that money is an issue. Can
anyone tell me the difference and what would be a better choice?
