Has anybody developed (or obtained) in-house User Surveys for Technology

or CAD or Training and/or a combination survey for evaluating needs and
capabilities of your office?

Is you have and would be willing to share information, whether that
info. be comments, questions, examples, documents (send to me direct or
consider uploading to autodesk's newsgroup-- customer-files), text
samples within e-mail replies or any web resources, that sharing of such

information and commentary would be most appreciated and considerate!
