Revit Management

We have a large project and there about 12 staff in one Revit file. We are
running into a problem where they are stepping on each others tracks...

One person that knows what they are doing adjusts the way the column grids
look in a view and another person that doesn't know what they are doing some
how(unknowingly or willingly) resets them. Either way I have talked to
everyone at one point or another and they all act/seem like they know what
they are doing.

These things keep getting reset and its ticking people off. Is there a way
to easily find out who moved what element? I know I can goto each persons
log file but I want to hear other methods.

Thanks

Scott

Can't be reset unless they know what they are doing...

Simply have the person work on it and PIN the grids in place or any other
objects.

If you created a central file then no one else will have access unless they
relinquish those objects. Or you may want to create WORKSET...

Team work goes a long way too... sounds like there's no communication.

Good suggestions, all have been tried and failed in one small or major way
or another. Someone accidentally puts their new wall on the wrong workset
and oops, its locked. Or just forgetting to pin items.

That leads me to my initial question. If I can find out who is weak in what
areas, I can either teach them or remind them what they did wrong. Till it
gets to the point of them just being sick of me and drawing much more
carefully.

Thanks for your thoughts.
