question1 - why on earth did you go into the cad
field?
question2 - why on earth would you consider THIS
company?
question3 - are you willing to work for peanuts
and no respect?
question4 - whats the matter? McDeath
didn't have any openings for fry cooks?
question5 - whats that thing hanging from your
nose?

thanks, sure sounds like you enjoy your job or
you had about the same amount of clueless people working with you as I have
had and it is now my responsibility to hire new people and I'm looking
for some serious questions to give to my human resources person so she
can ask them over the phone to help me weed these type of people out
before I bring them in for an interview.
thanks

I was wondering what type of questions or if
anybody had list of questions that you might ask potential new cad hires. My
company is expanding and I'm now responsible for this. Any suggests or
comments would be appreciated.

I'd ask for them to bring in sample
drawings. Yea Cadd Experience is crucial, but I've seen Cadd
Wonderboys that know all the ins-ans-outs of autocad but did not have a clue
how to "draft". rrrrrrrr, wait, sorry, my old school moment is
dominating me today.
Oh, and don't worry about who's the
best cadd operator, because your boss will hire the cheapest one
anyway.
