Physical sector sizes

Our compagny is working with Revit on big models 400 - 600 MB.

Is there any knowledges about the use of bigger physical sector sizes for de workstation and the Revit server?

 

Information from Microsoft tells us that the latest OS form Windows support 4KB sectoren.

Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012

 

We will run a test for the latest Autodeskproducts Revit2014 and Revit server 2014.

All because, with the best cadstations, server and 1Gb/s network the speed is to low.

(We use linking in our models)
