Need to batch convert from Cadkey to AutoCad

I have just made a switch from Cadkey7 to AutoCad 2006 & need some help in figuring how to convert my Cadkey files into AutoCad in batches. I am doing them 1 at a time but i have thousands of drawings to convert. Any help would be a great aid for me.

Do a search on google for "Mouse and keyboard recorder". these are an easy
solution to record tasks. I used it once to convert some files. Its great
if you dont have time to learn/write a program for it. Open a bunch up at
once and record the process you use to convert, save and close one of them.
Then have it replay that over and over again.
