Mastering civil 3d question

I'm on first base, (i.e. Chapter 5).
Surfaces from google earth pro.
item #4, pg. 126. CD does not have a data folder nor any .kmz files.?
what am I not reading right?

forget I asked that question.
I forgot to browse to the directory the files.exe installed.
Dummy me had a brain fart and was surfing the CD.

You'll also find that we did manage to leave some things off the CD.
