License Usage

Hi everyone. Please forgive this question if it's already been asked.

I just did a full audit at my office of who has what software on which machine. I noticed that we are over budget on our CAD Licenses, (a problem that I am working on, so AutoDesk Police no need to come after me...). We use the Network Licensing Manager. That's how we deploy the software too, (Network installation.) What I'm wondering is this:

Does the Licensing Manager allow to install the software more times that you have licenses for? And if yes, does it restrict the number of users who can concurrently use AutoCAD to the number of licenses you have?

You can install the client software as many times as you want to.
However, you can only concurrently run it based off the number of
licenses you have.

For example, I have 10 licenses of AutoCAD. I can install it on 100
computers, but only 10 computers at a time can be running it.
