I just upgraded to Windows 8 Release Preview Build 8400. I am facing problem of Inventor crashing frequently. Does any one have come across such situation, and does any one have a solution to this.

Windows 8 is still a beta product and is not supported for use in actual production environments.  Your Autodesk product is not supported on this. 

That being said, in most cases, Inventor crashes are due to video card drivers. So, you might consider using a WHQL certified video driver for Windows 7, if you can find one that works.

or use one certified for windows 8

both nvidia and amd have released beta drivers for windows 8
