Sounds good with all of the capabilities, but trying to sell people on software is difficult. Especially considering it would be a "service" that would be paid for rather than being bundled as a freebie with something bigger and better. Regardless of how useful (or useless) the software is marketing will be the biggest factor in determining wether companies will choose to implement it.
I should also mention that we (local government) do not monitor anyones web access as it then becomes public record and could cause embarrassment of elected officials and distrust by the public. So no monitoring would take place. It's bad enough that employees can spend the entire day surfing the internet and chit chatting with co-workers using the internal IM, knowing they will never be monitored. Given a more responsible team of leaders, the service could be beneficial. But as it stands now, there is no accountability so again, NO I do not think it would be a good idea to purchase such software services.
