Microstation does the best job of conversion to DWG.
AutoCAD does not. If you have Eleven Thousand Files to convert you might consider purchasing a dedicated converter that will do all of those files unattended. Remeber to try before you buy.

Ya .... Actually i am using "Batch Converter" in Microstation V8 XM Edition for converting the files.

Is there any other options to get this done.???

If u provide a solution for this, I will be very thankful for you ....  :smileyhappy:

Thanks in Advance.

Out sourcing may be your best option for that volume, unless you have a lot of time in your budget and want to stay busy doing non-fun work.. Maybe hire an intern for the grunt work?

DWG /= DGN, and there will always be 'gotchas' that need a human being to validate and fix.
