Can't open a saved DWG file in sketchbook Designer 2012

Hi Everyone. I have been using sketchbook designer a couple weeks ago and Yesterday I made an important presentation for me. I saved it as

.dwg (autodesk drawing 2010). Now I cant open it with sketchbook! When I try to open the file with sbdesigner, an autodesk error pops up telling that it has to close, then the following window appears (attached).

And I dont know how to open the file with Autocad, because it accepts the file but appears blank.

Please help.

I will attach the file and the screenshot of the ad.

The drawing is empty. The only thing I can think of is that something went wrong with the save. I don't use sketchbook Designer myself.

I review the file and I dont think is emty, because of the weight of the file, similar files I have made weight less than this one and with more info.

maybe there is a way of opening it with another program? or at least saving it in another format?
