Cad Management: Suggested reading?

I am seeking recommendations for manuals/books on Cad Management. I am an
experienced designer that is being asked to develop standards for this civil
engineering company. I am needing info on setting up templates, linetypes,
XREF usage, network structure, etc.

Thanks.

Hey Neil;

As a good starting place, I would suggest you subscribe to this:

I believe they maintain archives. Mr. Green is very easily read.

Before you run out and drop $160 bills on this, understand that it is HEAVILY weighted to Architectural, and the author is HEAVILY biased to AIA for everything.

If you're NOT doing Architectural work, save your money.
