Does anyone have a CAD release form they use? We need one but not something
so elaborate that we need an attorney to write one. We have a draft, but
were looking for examples to see if we missed anything...

Thanks for any help...

I have one that I wrote about 3 years ago that seems to work very well. I
would be happy to share it with you if would like to send me an email to
which I can respond with the attachment (done in MS Word).

Hello Stan,

I tried to send you an email to receive the sample of your CAD release form. Sadly, it was rejected by your server.

Grateful, if you could please send me an email on amish.patel@cadaconsultants.com

Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks,

Amish

Hello Dean,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

The document above is pretty fine. However, a couple of more live samples would have been a good idea to consolidate and make a new for us. If you have any would be great to peep them.

Cheers,

Amish
