Autodesk and other support

How many of you guys provide CAD Management/Support for other CAD
programs in addition to Autodesk programs?

Are you the sole provider, or do you have a team with a 'specialist' for
each CAD platform?

TIA

I manage the AutoCAD platform (at least one more month). Another guy PDMS
and a third Comos PT.

But I also had several users that tried to be super users of AutoCAD, ADT
and the different 3:rd party applications.

We support multiple platforms.
But someone becomes the Support Guru by hook or crook or is swindled into it.
And there are some products that we don't support that are discipline specific and have to be taken care of by the handful of people that use it.
We try to keep the others informed about what's going on and how to deal with a certain level of problem solving.
But somebody always ends up being the go to guy at crunch time.
Did that make any sense at all?
