Autocad LT and network customizing

We are on a windows NT network and I am trying to streamline the process of
customizing LT on all of the workstations with the least hassle. I have
already placed some items (such as templates) on a network drive and told LT
to look to that folder rather than locally. My question is, how do I make
use of this technique when it comes to the menu files? Each user has a
different toolbar scheme and I already know how to cut and paste their
changes into a new menu but that requires a different menu for each
workstation. If I use a partial menu and load that, how do I get it to load
with the regular Acad LT menu automatically. The users here have a limited
knowledge of autocad and probably would not remember to load the customized
menu every time they use LT. Does anybody have any experience in this area?
