Acad multi-seat standalone transfer

Do I need to transfer the license from old pc to the new one? Or do I just
uninstall from old pc and install on new pc? Does Autodesk keep track of how
many different pcs obtain activation codes. Do I have to de-authorize the
old pc like Itunes or anything?

You can...

A) Simply install on the new PC and activate online as normal, UNTIL you
reach the point where your online activations run out...

B) Use the Portable License Utility (PLU) to move the license from one
PC to the other.

C) If your online activations have run out and you do not have access to
the old PC (the HDD died, etc.) then call Autodesk and explain the
situation.
