1 P4 VS 2 P3

Looking to spec out some new cad machines. Wondering how a P4 compares to dual P3's?

Check out this page before getting a p4 or even a p3. It's long but very good.

In short it says the P4 was released before R&D were completed and several features which should have made it a great
processor were cut.
