Having trouble logging into clients account. I have all info needed by always asks me to type in a new password. I am unable to scroll through question in case I forget my password as well. I tried on IE 5.2 on a mac and Safari on a mac. I have a co worker that is using safari and it works for him. Any help?
I sent out your message to a few Mac users, but they didn't have experience with the application. Buzzsaw minimum requirement is running IE 5.5 (for a Windows PC). You can contact Autodesk support to see if they have any experience with the Mac though. 1-800-892-0449 in North America.
