HI there - is anyone receiving a buzzsaw server error when attempting to empty the recycle bin or upload a document? We tested in both the thin and thick client.
Error when emptying the recycle bin:
Database error: The Buzzsaw server may be down. Please contact customer care.
I sent this to Product Support to investigate. Thanks for letting us know.
