I have a buzzsaw (backup) admin that can not send welcome emails and/or reset password. Up to about a couple of weeks ago she could do this and the only thing that changed is she went from a XP operating system to Win 7 computer. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the software a few times but everytime the system wants to bring up the "mail" interface (cause we add stuff to our mail notification) nothing happens. However if she goes to another Win 7 box and logs in with her admin account everything is fine. Is there something in her Win 7 profile that is corrupt?
