Where Do The Attachments Go

Where do attachments go in the Buzzsaw Site in the case when a user attaches them to a bussiness process?

For example if a person responds to an RFI and in their response they attach a word document, where does this word document get stored at the Buzzsaw site?

The reason I have this question is to develop contingency plan for managing memory due to site storage limits.

If for example five (5) people respond to and RFI and all of them attach the same word document, it will suck up the sites available storage limit pretty quick. So...... where are they stored?

Can an administrator go in and prune them out, or consolidate them?

The only way to remove files that are attached to Business Process Logs like the RFI log is to edit the individule log entries. The attached files are stored on Buzzsaw but are only accessable from the log pages. If users try to attach files with a similar names then Buzzsaw will alert the user that this file is already attached and won't duplicate the file. Hope this helps!
