Maybe your re-seller can offer you this service. You could archive it yourself and put on to a HDD no problem. It's time consuming but easily done.
You just need to Right Click each project and select Archive. It's best to select the Archive location with a very short file path (i.e. C:\) as Windows hates long file paths and will mess up the archive if the filename gets too long.
Once all is archived, you just need to drag on to your external HDD.
